Some quick help here would be greatly appreciated. I'm traveling, and I don't have my copy of the Primal Blueprint cookbook. I want to make the deli-style roast beef tonight for some friends, but I can't find the Primal Blueprint recipe anywhere online. Could someone with the book give me the cliff notes on the recipe and instructions? Thanks in advance!

1 roast, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp crushed dried rosemary, 2 Tbsp dried oregano, 1.5 Tbsp coarse sea salt, 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Combine seasonings and rub meat with the mix. For best flavor, loosely wrap meat in plastic wrap and let sit at room temp for two hours. Preheat oven to 250 F. Put meat in small roasting pan and insert meat thermometer in center of roast at thickest part, and cook for half an hour. Turn oven temp down as low as it will go (150-170 would be great) and continue cooking until desired doneness. very rare: 120-125, rare: 130, medium rare: 135-140. More done than that is not recommended.
