I've started to incorporate soaked brown rice into my arsenal. My carb intake is on the higher side (feel best with atleast 2-3 servings of starch/day) .At 2mg per cup of brown rice and the tolerable upper limit at 11mg, you throw in some seafood and seeds one's daily intake could be twice the upper limit! SAD eaters likely aren't getting that much manganese due to the phytic acid, but what about a traditionalist like myself?
