Spare-ribs marinated w. dextrose: how much absorbed?

My local butcher offers marinated and pre-baked spareribs. This marinade he uses contains dextrose. How much will the meat absorb wen marinated? The marinade ocntains 30gr carbohydrates per 100 grams. How much will enter my body? Is there something to be said about the glycemic load in combination with the meat? Thanks for your replies
