Was wondering if anyone knew the timeline involved in adapting to a blander diet. Also wondering if anyone knew ways to speed the adaptation

Why do you want to eat bland food? For me, the elimination of bread and pasta has given me more flavor in my food. Most grain products are just "filler" foods anyway.

I don't think I could ever adapt to a bland diet; I love food too much. If you are eating bland food, because you think that is what is required, check out some of the Paleo cookbooks available. Also, check out freetheanimal.com. He has a lot of food pron with recipes on some. Add more herbs, chilis and still use salt (just less than you would have before.) Even when I was near 0 carb and 100% Paleo my food was never bland.
