Didn't really understand your entire stand point so I'll go with the question itself.

The best way to boost you muscle is through exercise, but not just any exercise. You need high intensity exercise that stresses muscle fibers to basically rupture point of some fibers. When some of these miofibers are damaged, the body switches to repair mode taking protein from your diet (best you can get is animal source as fresh meat) and using these aminoacids to repair the fibers. At the same time, when stressing the muscle the body signals for the production of human growth hormone (HGH) which will promote the increase in size and work capability of the muscle in the future, this is like preparing your muscle in case you go through the same stress, but next time with little or no damage. High intensity workouts, very low reps and even more important is giving the muscle the time to rest and repair.

I highly suggest you to search on google or youtube for information from Dr. Doug McGuff, he also has written a book called body by science where he explaines all this and how to achive it.
