I have been loyal to the paleo diet for 3 months now, yet I see no results. My body is definitely more responsive and I have more energy throughout the day, but no weight loss has occurred. I was thinking about incorporating The Plan by Lyn-Genet Recitas to see if my body is reacting negatively to some foods that are paleo-approved. I do yoga and kayak 100 miles/month on average so I don't think a lack of physical activity is an issue. I eat in moderation but tend to lean more towards fatty foods. For the past couple of weeks I have been substituting these for a more lean choice (pork chops instead of bacon, coconut oil instead of butter.) Any suggestions from some more experienced paleo enthusiasts are more than welcome!
