Heading to Santa Fe tomorrow for a 4 day weekend. Anyone got any restaurant recommendations?

Thanks!

Hmmm...think I'm still too new to do 80/20. That's a slippery slop :) But sounds yummers!

Oh absolutely not, 80/20 on that one.

Have fun! Lots of restaurants feature local, organic, free-range, grass-fed, etc here... The Saturday Farmer's Market is a must-see...

Hmmm...nothing Paleo about bean & rice in a flour tortilla, methinks...

Jambo Get the jerk (free-range, local) chicken sans beans & rice (sub fried plantains.) Or the marinated beef kabobs...

The Tune-up Caf?? Get the flat iron organic steak, sub grilled bananas for the pintos.

The Aztec Caf?? is also local, organic-focused and will put any of their sandwich toppings on a green salad for you.

And The Pantry does a killer green chile stew with pork that is Paleo (as far as I could tell!)

Tia Sophia's Not sure if they are paleo friendly or not.. but they make the absolute best breakfast burrito (smothered in green chili of course) that you've ever had. http://maps.google.com/maps/place?q=tia+sophia+santa+fe&hl=en&cid=15199240806418574903
