We're not a restaurant bu we have an informal monthly potluck club in the Boulder area. Our next meeting is in Louisville. Good food and company and we share our recipes and experience with Paleo. There is a member who is also a nutritionist. Feel free to check out our facebook group page to look at recipes or ask any of us for suggestions etc. https://www.facebook.com/groups/PaleoPot/

You can pretty much get a paleo meal at any place in Boulder, you just have to modify the menu options a tad bit!

There's lots of places here. Most places are good with substitutions and know about keeping gluten out if you request it.
Mod Market - 29th st mall
Mad Greens - 29th st mall
Mountain sun (if you can ignore the beer) - 15th ish and pearl
Wahoos fish taco - 28th and pearl
Higher end for dinner
Salt - 11th and pearl
The med - 10th and walnut
Bombay bistro - broadway and pearl
There are tons of places. Just about anywhere you'll go you'll be fine as long as you skip the two vegetarian restaurants (that I know of).

We're launching the first 100% Colorado Paleo restaurant in Boulder in March 2014! :) www.bloomingbeets.com . There are other fabulous options in Boulder as well. Although not 100% paleo, you can find some great great stuff in there: Shine is my #1, Sherpa's (they make their Indian food dairy free for you if you ask and they aren't busy), Turley's with their fabulous grass-fed and wild-caught selection, Thai Shi - best coconut milk curry in town. I'm also looking forward to the launch of Fresh Thymes on August 24; although they serve everything, it sounds like they will be cooking with coconut oil and have some paleo options.
