Are cold extracted refined oils still beneficial

I got some avocado oil today and it says "cold extracted and refined". Is it still beneficial? The way I see it is as a good source of oliec acid and there's no chance it will oxidize before I've used all of it because its cold extracted and because of the refining process. Refined avocado oil also has a smoke point of almost 500 degrees so it would be great for stir frys and other high heat cooking. My cold pressed unrefined red palm oil will still be my most used oil because of its naturally high smoke point and its vitamins a and e and its antioxidants
