Hey everyone. I am going to Reb Lobster in a few days. All I am going to get is there King Crab legs and butter to dip it in. They don't say on their site if they use MSG. I saw they don't use hydrogenated oils and their seafood comes from really good places and is inspected all the time. Would the butter be okay? I do eat dairy every now and then but not too much. Just wondering what you think. Would this be "cheating?" I figure I can eat all the crab legs I want. The butter is to die for so I was just curious

Who knows if it's real butter or "I can't believe they'd use that $#!+ and give me CVD" - you could always bring a stick of Kerrygold with you and find some way to melt it down - maybe you could melt it ahead of time and put it in a small thermos?
