red itchy dots on skin

Hi! I must confess that I am not 100% paleo but I try. However I do sports and I am generally healthy. The problem is that after each shower I have red little pimples ony arms even though I don't use soap on a daily basis. They didn't bother me first. After some time it started to itch badly. Then the area of it spread on my chest. After that on legs. It all started several months ago. The same situation happens after some meals. But I can't see any consistancy in food taking. Am I okay? Will somebody explain to me what does it mean?

My son gets all red itchy dots when he drinks/eat products with soya in it. Could it be something like that for you?

When i cut out all grains from my diet, i did go through where my upper arms especially broke out in all red dots. I believe, have read, and had a hemologist appt where he agreed that it was probably my body trying to get out like all that gluten, as in cleansing itself. In the past with certain meds my belly would get them.

Clearly a case of morgellons, lol.

Kidding aside, is it keratosis pilaris? I found a ton of vitamin A in my paleo diet, some topical coconut oil, and a healthy amount of hibiclens with my dirty-hippy anti-soap/poo stint cleared that right up.

Zinc and D3 do the skin good as well.

Same answer:

There are no doctors here who can make a diagnosis based on an internet post, or no doctors at all.

Go and see a real doctor and be done with it.
