-Could it be the government/food industry trying to wain us from expensive high/maintenance foods?...chickens seem easier to raise than pigs and cattle weighing thousands of pounds.
-Is it because animals like cows & pigs are more genetically modified and our bodies don't respond well to the meat.
-Red meat contains more fat----> more fat soluble toxins in factory farmed meat?
-Are the studies, warnings, and articles legitimate?
-I ask this because I've been buying lots of factory farmed beef lately. I feel great...can't complain.
