Sharing paleotrack.com food lists?

Signed up for http://paleotrack.com which is helpful until you look for something alien like a mixed green salad with chicken breast and mayonnaise.

Does anyone have any recipes they can share so I (we) can just put in the list of items quickly without having to trawl through the vast database (USDA) of entries such as 'Chicken, broilers or fryers, meat and skin and giblets and neck, roasted' and work out if this is indeed close to the nutritional content of the average chicken breast and not monkey or tortoise.

Also can someone please explain to this European what 'Chicken breast tenders' are?

Bra inserts?

I enter a lot of my own foods. I find that's better than just trusting what's on there. Good luck :)

Basically I was looking for the names of the ingredients which most closely match those that are actually eaten. I think I am going to look at labels and put my own foods in as the USDA seems to be full of packaged brand products.

Chicken breast tenders are proabably just chicken breast cut lengthwise. It also could be the equivalent of the tenderloin as found on cows and hogs.

A tender is the strip of muscle under the breast and against the keel bone. It's a piece separate from the breast, but it's just white meat. It's no different than the breast, nutrition and taste-wise.

I am on Paleo Track. What are you looking for? I have added my Carlson's Fish Oil Tablets and my Alive Once Daily vitamin. I also have a few recipes. I added Mahi Mahi, which stragely wasn't on there. I also created an amazing potato soup (if you like potatoes) that I just added today... I will probably be adding more stuff as time goes by. I don't know if that was helpful...
