Recipe source that will let you exclude lists of ingredients?

We have decided to start to go Paleo because my daughter is definitely allergic to dairy, and we also suspect gluten. I've been looking at Paleo recipes but most also include other items she's allergic to; eggs, beef, apples, etc. Is there a good Paleo recipe site where I can exclude these ingredients from the search so I don't have to sift through hundreds of recipes that she can't even eat?

She's had an allergy panel that came back with beef, eggs, milk, apples, dust, mildew, mold. She has an allergic reaction when she eats any of the above, she first breaks out into hives and she's had one reaction where her face started to swell and she didn't respond to anti-histamines so they had to give her steroids at the ER. She's been covered in eczema since birth, which has gotten better with some dietary changes, but it's obvious we need to do more, but I'm not willing to use steroids on a daily basis, which is the only recommendation so far from doctors

Have you looked into food allergy panels? What happens when she eats beef / eggs?

you can do searches on chowstalker for dairy free, autoimmune protocol, nightshade free, gluten free, and egg free, but I think you will just have to read the recipe to make sure it doesn't include the other offenders.

I am like your daughter in that I have extra restrictions. i don't have eggs, very little dairy as goat kefir/butter, no chicken, starches, seaweeds, cacao, cruciferous veggies... etc! so i'm constantly having to read recipes and make substitutions on what I can eat.

Instead of trying to be super restrictive with the recipes, do substitutions. Instead of ground beef, use ground chicken or turkey, just add extra oil. Instead of apple, use pear. "Flax eggs" can be substituted for eggs. Get creative!

Is your daughter allergic to duck or goose eggs? The proteins are different and many that cannot eat chicken eggs are able to eat the others.
