We have tried and enjoyed both a meatza and cauliflower crust but I would love to incorporate the two. I can't seem to find a recipe that has both ingredients in the crust, just one or the other. I'm afraid of ending up with a big pile of meat mush for dinner. Has anyone tried this combo?

Yes I tried and the secret is a 60% Cauliflower and 40% Meat. Its a little tricky getting the right mix and consistency though. Include some Photos when you make, intersted to see how it turned out for you.

I would go heavy on the cauliflower and a little meat on one crust, next crust half-half, and another crust lighter cauliflower-heavy meat. Experiment and see which holds the best! I think the half-half combo should be fine if you bake it after you combine to get it less mushy. Good luck!
