Best sources for strictest Paleo diets

I don't have autoimmune disease but a lot of my blood tests have come back positive so I'm trying to address it by following the strictest of Paleo diets: no eggs, dairy, or nightshades. Unfortunately, most of the recipes that I find online or in books aren't friendly to these restrictions. What are some good sources to find recipes based on these restrictions? Blogs, books, etc. I don't have more than 1-2 hours to spend cooking a night so I need recipes that prepare, cook, and clean quickly. Thanks!

Ahh, gotcha. I have a few recipes (stuffed chicken breast, roasts, etc.) that would work, but those are just basic stuff in the the crockpot, cover with a bit of stock/herbs and let it go for 8 hours. I do cook quite a bit of salmon in my crockpot (best way to cook it, in my opinion) and I think fish in general in the crockpot is amazing.

I have a crock pot but use the pressure cooker more often. Where can I find Robb Wolf's meal guide? I have his book - are you referring to the recipes at the back? That blog almost looks interesting - I just don't eat sausage, bacon, or pork in general. Soups are ok but not a meal.

Yes, you need a crockpot! I actually cook quite frequently with no eggs or nightshades, so I think you would be able to find recipes on mine: www.mypaleocrockpot.blogspot.com -- let me know if there's something in particular I can paleo-fy for you and I'm happy to help.

I thought maybe vegetarian cookbooks might have some recipes, as well as Indian and middle eastern. But there's a lot of hazards as well.

That bout covers it...If your going super strict then keep the cooking simple. Skip any elaborate recipes for now. And for me I haven't found much use in recipes anyhow, slow cooker and sauteing covers just about all my meals (oh and of course my slow smoker....mmmmmm pulled pork and ribs!)

Great question! I'd just steer you toward Robb Wolf's meal guide, but I suspect you already know about that. Do you have a crock pot?

Celiac blogs are good. You're never going to be able to make every recipe from one blog, but get yourself a good Feed Reader and subscribe to several different blogs, and you'll have enough diversity to keep yourself fed. Follow links on blogs to other blogs and explore a little.
