Thanks for reminding me! Probably ribeyes? I might even make hi Potatoes au gratin, his favorite! Broccoli sounds like the logical veggie choice.

I'm hoping to go to son and daughter-in-law's house and have Thai cooked for me. And, no, it won't be Paleo.

For dinner? I have no idea - possibly ribeye steaks and sweet potato fries with a nice salad. It really depends on what he asks for. However, I can be certain I will be making Eggs Benedict, subbing the English muffins with sauteed spinach, for brunch.
