Best Kale and Chard Recipes?

I am trying to add more vegetables to our diet and so I grabbed some Kale and Chard this week. What is your favorite way to make these vegetables? I want to serve them to my family and have them really enjoy them so they will be open to me cooking them other ways.

Both kale and chard cook very quickly so it's easy to cook these two as side dishes. I rinse them well (then dry them) and then roll them up (across the leaves) and then use a knife to slice across the leaves, which juliennes the leaves. Then I saute with bacon or sausage or alternately, in some macadamia oil until wilted but not mushy. Could also throw in some nuts while stirring. Very simple and easy. Might throw in some fresh minced garlic or herbs as well while stirring.
