Strange reaction to raw coconut oil

Hello, I'm new here and I would like to ask about raw (I mean not baked) coconut oil.

I constantly use coconut oil for my morning baked muffins, with no problem when eating. But I noticed that when I take my Q10 drops, which is mixed in coconut and palm oil, I get a burning feeling on my throat, like I would inhale something acidic. It is a very unpleasant feeling, like I was to run out of breath.

I find it very strange, because I use home made coconut milk for puddings, I use home made or bought coconut cream for baking, and coconut flour is my number 1 (and most used) ingredient when baking. I feel I have no problem with the milk, cream or flour.

And forgot to say, I am using coconut oil for my skin, I really enjoy it, even on my face I have no problem with it, no itching or so, it helps me to keep my skin hydrated. (It actually helped to cure my eczema on my face.)

Could this still be an allergy, so I should remove all the coconut products (that I would be very very sad of)?

Or may it be just the undiluted, raw coconut oil that make problems in my mouth? (I have post nasal drip, might be related, not sure.)

I am grateful for your advices!
