Could this be a form of a "herxheimer" reaction?

I used to have three warts located on my hands on forearm. However, after starting paleo they disappeared. Is this some sort of herxheimer reaction? showing that im detoxing?

EDIT

I know it isnt a herxheimer reaction per se, thats why im asking if its akin to one... Ive never had warts disappear on their own without freezing them. So, what gives?

Warts are a virus. The healthier your body is, the less influence things like viruses have. I think you could heal them by healing your body. Why not?

Nope. You'd be feeling like death warmed over, with a possible fever and lots of trips to the bathroom. Sort of like a bad flu, but not quite.

Warts are unrelated.
