First I made the dressing of: 2 egg yolks, 2 Tspoons of olive oil, 2 Tspoons of balsamic vinegar, some dried cilantro, generous amount of celtic sea salt.
Veggies(or fruits): Cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber, romaine.
BROTEIN: raw sashimi tuna sliced into chunks. Also the 2 egg yolks.
It was delicious and all raw, also all organic. I've been reading about raw protein and raw paleo. I have enjoyed raw dairy for the last 6 months or so but I have stopped all dairy except butter due to some autoimmune stuff going on, and from the recommendation of my chiropractor.
What do you think of this meal? Also what are your thoughts on raw protein?

Sounds delish! I think that for the healthy or mostly-healthy person, it isn't optimal to eat -everything- raw or -everything- cooked, whether it's veggies, fruit, or animal.
So it's good to mix in some raw protein, since most of us eat cooked protein much more frequently!
