Isit necessary? or isit only fish that needs to be frozen first? or ruminant offal aswell?
I just ate my first raw steak & it was really nice, maybe doesn't have the sensual experience of a cooked steak, the smell, the taste, and butter, although the texture was very nice & it felt quite refreshing after eating it, im fairly sure its better for me than cooked
I want to eat more raw meat/fish for sure and just want to be as safe as possible, i especially want to try salmon
If someone could link me to a more knowledgable site about this aswell please as i see some of the previous questions in this vein didn't really have many answers
