Hey, I am on a new path with paleo, & I am seeing lots of recipes that have raw honey in the ingredients, can I substitute this for organic honey & still remain paleo?

If it is a cooked recipe it doesn't much matter as the honey won't be raw when you are done. I rarely use sweeteners, but if I do it is usually a bit of honey. Buy local honey if you can as some of the cheaper brands are being diluted with non honey sweeteners (China bashing?).
