I think Todd Becker's stuff on cold and hormesis along with Ray Cronise's work on it move it out of the total woo category for me. But not so much that I'm prepared to start taking ice baths ;).

I'm seeing both sides of this one. I don't really see Quilt's new assertions as part of the "paleo diet/lifestyle" but I guess you could say the same about the leptinRX and that's been heavily discussed.

I don't know if thermogenesis will be an important breakthrough or total woo, frankly. So I don't know HOW we can answer/discuss questions about it.

Those who are intrigued can try it and share results in other places, which may generate questions we CAN discuss here.

All questions are subject to censorship and revision. This is done by the community. On paper that sounds like a nice idea, but in actuality, many of the editing here is done by people who just can't stand Kruse. Or, it could be that your questions have already been asked by someone else. If not, just ask it again and see if it sticks.
