You damaged your knees while running a lot and eating little in the way of cartilage-friendly foods. I concur with bone broth, but a much more concentrated source of nutrients can be had by consistently eating the cartilage off those bones you put... (more)

I don't have any solid answers but I do have a one-year-old so I may be able to give some insight. We didn't really go out until he was about 6 months. It just wasn't worth it. With breastfeeding, he had to eat every few hours and I couldn't... (more)

You had some cheat meals and gained some weight back it's that simple.  Maybe it seems like more because it was sugar and turned to glycogen making you retain water. Just keep going and don't give up, don't let it bother you.

Hey guys, I'm a 20 yr old female that recently started eating paleo (again). Right now I'm consuming approx. 1,200 calories per day; although, I'll admit, sometimes I consume closer to 1,000. I realize this is probably too little, but I'm... (more)

Obviously the higher the percentage the better so A wins. But 70% or 72% is still far too low. You're basically eating candy since it's one third sugar.  Go for something better, I see the 85%, 86%, 88% and 90% bars all the time. You... (more)

Is it ok to use fractionated coconut oil for oil pulling? Does it work as well?

Fractionated coconut oil is simply coconut oil with the long-chain fatty acids removed. The medium-chain still remain, and the antioxidant content is actually greater due to the concentration. If anything it would actually work better. And I would... (more)
