Ok, so the only foods that make me feel satiated and give me good energy is meat, fat and fruit. I like vegetables and tubers and they dont effect me negatively, but nothing gives me energy like the 3 foods i mentioned. Beyond that, except maybe stimulants, other foods make me feel either tired or queasy.
Just wondering if there is a reason for this from a nutrition perspective? Or is it mental? Maybe learned preference from childhood.
