So yeah, I know several ways to cook regular cauliflower, and yes, I KNOW I can cook purple cauliflower in the same way.

However, is there a recipe that is specifically meant for purple cabbage?

I'd probably be eating with with chicken leg quarters, if it helps.

Purple veggie hats are probably best for easter and so much healthier than Chocolate bunnies and marshmallow chicks.

It's not that I don't like the idea, after all hats are tasty, it's just that I don't look good in hats. Should I make it for my SIL?

Me three, it's an addictive web-site. About the cauliflower, she says it's " toasty, tender, spicy, and piquant." ... Oh la laaaaa ~

Oh that's good, that's what I do with my purple cabbage: Heat bacon fat, add shredded cabbage and red onions, when almost done, splash a little red wine vinegar. Yums. But I thought the odd shape of the cauliflower would not work well like this. Well, will give it a try anyway :-D Thank you.

Purple cabbages and cauliflower look especially nice with an acid, so steaming and mixing in vinagrette for a salad would look great.
