52 year old male
Coronary calcium score ??? 0 (2006)
To make a long story short, my prostate is giving me problems. I've seen a urologist last year and he's not too concerned with the PSA since my dre was good and ultrasounds are good.
I plan to try the paleo to address my cholesterol problems and I hope it will improve my PSA score. HOWEVER, I have learned a diet high in red meats and omega-6 fats will drive up my PSA.
Does this mean I must only eat fish? If so, I have a problem since I live in Kansas!!! lol...
I would like to hear your thoughts on improving my PSA and staying paleo.
Thanks in advance!!!

burg6dad, I know what a prostate problem can be like, and paleo can help. It's good for your overall health, prostate included. I recommend classic body now if you haven't tried it, it's a fitness program that covers diet with a paleo-like approach. Try it, you just might like it, here's a review I wrote on it right here, hope it helps
