why am i craving protein

I ate near 300 grams of protein today, what up with that?

Ate 280 grams of protein, it was unusual because i have never ate above 150 grams before, i do alot of high intensity training, because im getting ready for the military in a few years.

If you are craving protein even though you ate that much means you probably aren't eating enough fat. Fat as well as protein are important for feeling full. Either one without the other may leave you eating more than you would if you ate a balanced ratio.

Screwing some muscles over and needing to repair them is my best bet.

Perhaps you also didn't eat much protein in the days prior?

I don't know. I keep eating fruit and sweet potatoes, way more than usual. Maybe it's a seasonal thing??
