I received my blood and urine tests yesterday and got shocked a bit.In both tests my protein levels are way high. What can it actually all mean?My kidneys were checked and nothing wrong was found.I am a teenager and i don't eat a high protein diet to note.

Hi Nick,

The same thing has happened to me twice since adopting Paleo in August last year. Both times I was terrified and referred for further tests which came back perfectly normal. Doctors were stumped. I do drink a great deal more water now, just to hedge my bets.
