If I am out to eat and I am choosing between conventional chicken eggs or conventional chicken breast as my protein, which would contain less "bad stuff" from conventional feeding, raising, etc?
I am thinking a white meat chicken breast would be best since there is not much fat? Just curious as sometimes we go out to salad bar type places and would like to know my best option (I know not eating it would be my BEST option but sometimes I need me some protein).
