Is carnivores protein ok? It says it is grain and whey free and is made with steak.

I'm sure the meat used to derive the protein is of poor quality, but the real clincher for me was the added colors. Maybe they'll do an all-natural grass-fed version in the future?

Amen. Red dyes get me. Yellow and Blue seem to have no effect or nothing I can notice anyway..

For someone who doesn't tolerate whey protein whatsoever, I must say that my body digests this with ease. Loving it so far.

No Fat, No Cholesterol, and only 23g of Protein? and $20 per pound?

I'd stay away. Low Protein count, high price -- and how do you absorb it without the fat?

I checked reviews on a couple of sites. about half the people hate the taste, the other half say it tastes no worse than other protein powders (not exactly an endorsement). It also has a ton of Red 40 in it. I don't know why, but I am just not a fan of food dye....
