At what amount or ratio does protein start to become an issue? What are the optimal numbers? Right now I'm about 150-180g protein a day as a 25-30% macro.
I'm doing about 250g of protein a day but I'm planning on reducing it to see how I go. It's just so easy to get 250g of protein per day and the only way to reduce it is to reduce meat consumption (in my case).
