low progesterone

is there a way of naturally increasing progesterone other than drinking milk? milk definitely and possibly egg whites give me major constipation. thanks!

great, do you know if the creams they sell on like amazon for example, are legit? i don't totally trust reviews as i am sure there's placebo effect going on

Be careful when playing around with hormones! With that said, you can purchase natural progesterone drops or cream at any natural food store. I just started experimenting with the cream to see if it helps eliminate migraines for me. The recommendation is for women who are not yet in menopause to use the cream or drops for the last fourteen days of the cycle, twice per day.
