Want your Paleo business to be considered for inclusion in an upcoming newsletter? Opportunity for Self-Promotion.

Hi there,

As usual, I have been busier than the proverbial one-legged man at an ass-kicking contest -- but here is your one chance at self-promotion if you are doing a Paleo or Paleo-related business.

Let me know about your product or service, and if I like what I see, I may include it in an upcoming PaleolithicDiet.com newsletter.

Answer below with:

a) What is it?

b) What is great about it?

Then get your friends & fans to vote up your answer.

Thanks, Patrik

How cool, Patrik!

I am a pregnancy coach, specializing in Primal/Paleo nutrition coaching.

My background as a life coach, doula, personal trainer and former long-time vegetarian/ WAP follower allows me to support a broad spectrum of women in enjoying their pregnancies, while optimizing nutrition and well-being for both mother & baby.

I now offer fertility support and have been delighted to see great results from my recent clients.

Great!

A) I'm a paleo chef in Los Angeles; right now I do a little catering (always accepting new clients), and I'm launching a prepared food farmer's market stand in the spring. The stand will serve freshly made paleo dishes, and we'll also have boxed food available for pick-up or delivery. We're called BAMBAM.

B) Our food is hearty, latin-inspired, and full of bold fresh flavors. Lots of braises, lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. We use farmer's market produce and locally-raised and pastured proteins. Our food supports a healthy, fit, active lifestyle; we also strive to support local business with the highest ethical standards and best farming practices.

We're very excited to be Los Angeles' first paleo farmer's market stand, and its first 'brick and mortar' (well, more like tent-pole and canvas) paleo establishment with a permanent home! Follow us or join the mailing list on our website. I'm happy to answer any questions.

Yes please!

A) A paleo food truck in Indiana. B) I provide delicious healthy food in a quick and friendly manner for a good value. I use all pasture raised proteins and mostly organic produce. I currently only cook in organic coconut oil, but have plans for avocado oil and grass fed butter.

I am happy to answer any questions anyone may have about my business. A menu and links to some local media can be found at www.cavemantruck.com. Please follow on twitter & Facebook @cavemantruck.

We make a barbecue sauce designed to fit within the Paleo framework. There's no added sugar, just tomatoes, apples, apple cider vinegar, and a variety of spices and other seasonings. Each serving contains 1 gram of sugar (compared to 8-16 grams of sugar in the typical BBQ sauce).

One of the biggest obstacles in staying consistent on a Paleo meal plan is the hassle in constantly making nutritious and tasty home-cooked meals. Our goal is to make it easy to make a delicious meal without much effort - just toss some meat and vegetables together, then cover it in BBQ sauce.

  1. I run a blog where I make Paleo and Lacto-Paleo meals for ??1 and under, to show how cheap Paleo-eating CAN be when push comes to shove.
  2. It's a resource with free recipes which I update daily, tips on how to shop and examples of offers and bargains you can find. There's something for everyone: from Lacto-Paleo, to vegan, to veggie... I'd even consider labelling some recipes as "xy&z-free", were a readershop demand to arise! Plus: it's all insanely cheap!

Origin Natural Food in Dallas. Opening Mid to Late December.

Off-site chef prepared healthy takeaway food + an artisan approach to coffee (espresso and drip).

our non-negotiables: -cooking oils. always olive or coconut. -proteins. always allowed to forage and eat their natural diet (grass-fed beef, chickens that eat bugs, etc). -produce. local and organic whenever possible.

Chef prepared then brought into the store for folks to either purchase and leave with or enjoy in-house. Coffee options for both on-the-fly folks and ones with more time on their hands.

I can't look at the newsletter first without referring friends?

Maybe I have this wrong?

I don't share anything unless I have seen it first and like it.

Please tell me if this is not true.
