I came across a probiotic that has a lot of unique strains of bacteria. http://www.vsl3.com/

I am curuious on how much better or worse absorbtion (or bioavailable) it is compared to drinking daily swigs (small amounts) of kvass, kefir and a yogurt every other day?

Their caps range from 112.5-450 billion bacteria. Their double-strength prescription-only formula is 900 billion live. Kefir gets you into the trillions for free.

Their strains of bacteria aren't all that unique, imo. (Other companies have some patented strains.)
