The title says it all, do you supplement probiotics or fish oil (or other omega source)?

I do both! Probiotics and Digestive Enzymes as well as HCL help SO MUCH with my digestion and fish oil, I just take it because I know it's healthy... However, a new study just came out saying that supplementing with fish oil doesn't do all that much, but eating fish does - Luckily I also eat a lot of fish!

Why do you have to choose? Personally, I take probiotics and just eat a lot of fish.
