I would also recommend to keep your skin really hydrated so the skin becomes more flexible. Coconut oil is great for hydration! And it smells really nice. :)

3) Mango, red bell pepper, Carrots are rich in Vitamin A helps to repair tissue
4) Eat fish, fish oil, walnuts, eggs and oysters.
