Stretchmarks and pregnancy

What foods should I eat (more of) during pregnancy to prevent stretchmarks? And is there any supplements I should take?

I would also recommend to keep your skin really hydrated so the skin becomes more flexible. Coconut oil is great for hydration! And it smells really nice. :)

1) Strawberries, blueberries, spinach and other fruits and vegetables for getting more antioxidants and protecting skin.

2) Avocados broccoli, collard greens, nuts, seeds for protecting cell membrane. These options contain vitamin E.

3) Mango, red bell pepper, Carrots are rich in Vitamin A helps to repair tissue

4) Eat fish, fish oil, walnuts, eggs and oysters.
