Is there any way to get rid of postpartum belly fat/hanging skin?

I have always been fairly fit and had a flat stomach from exercise combined with a paleo diet. I exercised up until I gave birth and ate healthy. Now that I've had my baby, I have lost all my weight but have this flab/skin on my belly that won't seem to budge. Any help?

I've found that mixing 2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water and drinking that before every meal helps my stomach break down my food better and eliminates a lot of the bulge in that area. I'm not sure if it would help since yours seems to be more of a postpartum issue, but maybe it's worth a shot?

I don't know how much you gained/lost, but after a 100 lb. loss I have some real hanging skin that I don't have an extra $10,000 to fix. I think that is the only way to get it actually gone and tightened. Exercise helps some. Good luck in this endeavor.

Mark Sisson covered the topic of loose skin in depth here:

The short answer is to get down to 15-17% bodyfat for women or 10-12% bodyfat for men.
