I've been reading recent posts about the OGTT and other paleo pregnancy challenges, and am wondering if there are any paleo-friendly OB/GYNs out there? If so, how the heck do we find them in our respective areas?

For the most part, you'll have to go with a midwife. My 1st 2 children I had with mainstream OBs. My 3rd (this year), I had a midwife. Best. Experience. Ever. I'll never have another child without a midwife (and doula!!). They are more natural leaning in general, and so, more open to different lifestyles i.e. Paleo/WAP/etc.

There's a paleo-friendly OB/GYN at my doctor's practice. Doctors that practice Functional Medicine tend to be very paleo-friendly, at least in my experience. Find ones in your area here http://www.functionalmedicine.org/findfmphysician/index.asp or just do a google search for functional medicine in your area.
