Has anyone found sushi to be a really good pre-workout fuel ?
The last couple times i had sushi i had incredible workouts afterwards. Like the jumps in my burpees were near bionic (with the bionic sound effect and everything!..lol. Anyone else found this to be the case or is it just my imagination? Maybe im extra zealous in trying to burn those sushi carbs off?

clearly you love sushi additionally it is a high carb and protein meal giving your body all the nutrition it needs for your workout: aminos and glycogen,,, plus your love for sushi makes it a great workout food yes.
i always get a good boost from sushi they also seem to put some good ingredients we may not find commonly in western food like seaweed high in iodine (good for t3) perhaps among other things
don't count on any omega 3 though its all farmed at sushi places. i asked around.
