Hi, I'd like to strictly follow the PHD suggestions and one of these is that it would be better to eat 3 egg yolks per day, preferably raw.
I'm thinking to drink them as egg yolk powder because it's easier to store and I prefer not to eat the egg white since I'm a bit intolerant to it.
As far as you know, the egg yolk powder has the same identical properties of a normal egg yolk? (same vitamins, aminoacids, etc etc)
