frozen potatoes with no additives

Skins have most of the antinutrients and bad stuff in potatoes. The main part is mostly starch which is good but the skins are the worst part. That's Paleo 101.

Buy the washed ones and dont peel them. Theres more nutrients in the skins (potassium for example)
