I've been training for almost three years and i'm new on paleo. I do not do strict paleo so that i'm training weight. I drink raw milk/kefir, eat probiotik yoghurt, white rice and potato.
Well, i eat white rice after workout as my post wo meal (to do insulin spike and carb-load) I don't eat it another time. (not off days or rest of day) I also start my day with white potato with free ranged eggs, as omelette on my every breakfast (6 eggs omelette with white potato, dill, parsley)
Any wrong with these?

I'd say no, so long as the mentioned foods aren't causing you any health issues. If training's your main focus then the starch is quite important. Looks like what you're eating is basically The Perfect Health Diet (google it), which is pretty much paleo + some safe starch. I feel a lot better on Paleo + brown rice (white rice is preferred i think) than i did on just paleo. Nothing wrong with potatoes and rice if you're active :)
