What is a good brand of frozen sweet potato?

I currently cannot find any that do not use some kind of oil

For this reason I have been buying white potato's (there are frozen ones that have them as the only ingredient.)

I would like to switch to sweet potato's to try and get off nightshades for a few weeks.

If you roast your own, the peels will come off with literally zero effort and you can just mash them down and freeze for later!

Indeed sweet potatoes or their cousin, yams, seem generally abundant in many markets and locales fresh, and they keep for weeks.

I don't have any good frozen/canned sweet potato recommendations (apologies), but if you don't like cutting or peeling, roasting (in foil?) in the oven or over an open fire/coals can be an efficient way to eat them, and quite simple, and - if you wish to avoid the skin for some reason, it is quite easy to either peel or split with a knife (like a banana split cut) partway after roasting, and scoop out with a spoon (similar to an acorn squash).

Why are you specifically looking for frozen sweet potatoes? Fresh ones last a long time, are easy to prepare for cooking and taste better anyway.
