Potato flour uses

I picked up a few bags of bobs red mill potato flour today. It's different than potato starch as it is just whole potatoes that are cooked, dried and stone ground into flour rather than the isolated starch. Do any of you have any recipes that use potato flour (not potato starch) such as bread, porridge, other baked goods etc? Thanks in advance

Slice up meat. Put meat in a bag. Throw some sauces in the bag and shake it up. Throw some potato flour in the bag and shake it up. Fry in oil of your choosing. That's about the only thing I use flours for. And for the occasional banana / zucchini bread.

It's really not too different than potato starch. It's got a little fiber and protein, because it's not purified as the starch is. I would imagine that it can be used as potato starch can be (which can make rolls, breads, etc…)
