No salt canned green beans and soup

So these are no salt added products. But in order to preserve they use potassium instead. My question is that would this be a good way to get you potassium/sodium ratio into balance and is there a pot/sod ratio that is too high?

Green beans are legumes and most people don't eat legumes on a paleo diet. Frozen vegetables are better than canned vegetables. Your body will tell you when you potassium/sodium ratio is too high by making salty water taste really good.
