"According to the USDA data upon which the following table is based, 100 g of peanut oil contains 17.7 g of saturated fat, 48.3 g of monounsaturated fat, and 33.4 g of polyunsaturated fat." No, no, Omega6 content is too large to swallow (no pun).

I don't see soybean oil listed, but peanut oil is on the good list. Are legume oils allowed?

I would yawn about the price tag but since the thing is "available" is a larger resolution I give it a "so-so".

As for the quality of info I don't see the point of recommending the following oils:

Name: Total Omega-6 fatty acids content*

Sesame : 41 g

peanut : 32 g

hempseed: About 30???35% of the weight of hempseed is an edible oil that contains about 80% as essential fatty acids (EFAs); i.e., linoleic acid, omega-6 (LA, 55%), alpha-linolenic acid, omega-3 (ALA, 22%), in addition to gamma-linolenic acid, omega-6 (GLA, 1???4%) and stearidonic acid, omega-3 (SDA, 0???2%). Link

pumpkin seed: (18:2) Linoleic acid 18.1-62.8 (Link)

*Via Nutrition data (link)- Search for Nutrient - Poly.

I'll pass cause Mark (link) wins (again) !
