Garlic and protein in the morning.

I had heard that garlic helps boost T levels. i have 500MG of garlic + protien shake (10-15GRAMS) everyday in the morning (after workouts if i am working out that day). Any thoughts/feedback on garlic supplementation?

Cant spek for supplemental effect but I eat about 4-8 cloves a day in my foods. LOVE garlic.

And probably enlarge your penis while you are at it.

Eating actual garlic and actual protein like beef will help boost T a lot more than that combo. You could probably check out some porn to boost T even more significantly though.
