Do post workout meals do anything in the way of enhancing athletic progress, are they even helpfull at all. What about recovery? If someone were to do, say 7-8 hours of intense training per week, would a post workout meal help them recover?

That's awesome... Its been my breakfast for roughly 6 months. It keeps me full and energized until lunch. I have read about your digestive issues, and I noticed adding sweet potatoes consistently has helped me noticeably. Do they have a positive effect on you?

I've been eating muffins post work out.

Coconut flour, almond flour an egg and egg whites. Yummy and lots of protein
